Euroatlas, headquartered in Bremen, Germany, specializes in offering customized solutions for high-performance technology in power conversion for various industries including naval submarine and surface vessels, aviation, and mobile land-based applications. These solutions are designed to provide the highest reliability, power density, and energy efficiency in challenging environmental conditions.

In 2021, Euroatlas was acquired by Mimir Group from the Finnish Wärtsilä Corporation. Mimir Group is a global investment firm known for acquiring non-core business units of large corporations and companies in need of operationally focused ownership. The Euroatlas Quality Management System is approved and certified by the authorities as stated below to be in compliance with the Quality Management System Standards:
